Exhibit May 6 - June 17, 2011: Center for the Arts at the Candy Factory
Member artists of the Artists' Atelier of Great Falls, present traditional works in oils and photography. Notably, figurative, still life and landscape interpretations dominate this exhibit from an eclectic group of artists.

Solo Exhibit is scheduled at the Great Falls library in Great Falls, Virginia during the month of October 2012.

My two paintings “Great Falls Virginia” and “St. Michaels” are currently displayed in the large conference room at the Great Falls library through the beginning of the year. A portion of the sales will be donated to the Friends of the Library.

My recent oil painting “Great Falls – Early Summer” has been accepted for display through September 5, 2010 in the Art League Gallery. The Gallery Reception for the Juried Exhibits is from 6:30-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 12, 2010 on the first floor of the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Old Town Alexandria. The Gallery hosts the reception for the " ‘Scapes - International Landscape Show," an exhibition filled with works based on landscapes, seascapes, cityscapes, and skyscapes. Landscape art depicts scenery out-of-doors such as mountains, valleys, trees, rivers, and forests in a representational or abstract manner.

The signature event for Great Falls Studios each year is its annaul Studio Tour which will occur October 16 and 17, 2010 (Saturday and Sunday) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. While I prefer the inspiration of natural light for my seascapes and landscapes, I will demonstrate my style and techniques by rendering the Potomac River in my Atelier studio in Great Falls.
Directions: From the Village Centre: Take Walker Road toward Route 7. Turn right into the Leigh Corners parking lot, just before Dante Restaurant. The Artists' Atelier is in the Great Falls Foundation for the Arts facility on the second and third floors of 1144 Walker Road, Great Falls, Virginia.

The Great Falls Studios Member Exhibit will take place at the Great Falls library during the month of April. My two paintings, "Sunset" and "Riverbend" will be displayed in the large conference room. A portion of all sales will be donated to the Friends of the Library. The reception is on Saturday, April 24 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Library.
